The coach and his staff had up until April 2011 carried on the clubs business as Business As Usual. The organization still had to review potential players, work on training ideas, review how the league played last season and work to make adjustments so the Jaguars can be a championship contender in the 2011-2012 season. The staff has looked at Team Readiness, Balance for the staff and players regarding the team, community and especially family. Coach Del Rio used the Rotary motto of Service Above Self. The coach did talk a little about problem players in the past. He mentioned that those players and potential problems have been weeded out and that the balance going forward would eliminate such problems in the future, that the team had purged the so call bad apples with the remaining players and future players are now and in the future will do the right things.

Coach Del Rio stated that the Jaguar Organization is Draft and Develop Organization which means they make every attempt to bring in the right kind of young player then train (develop) them to be great players.
